Dūrocs: Savin’ it up for Larry

The Dūrocs released their first album in 1979 on Capitol Records. They created promotional videos for “It Hurts to Be in Love,” a cover of a Gene Pitney song, and “Savin’ It All Up for Larry,” which features me in character as Ming. We had two videos which were really funny and irreverent and very un-PC. Unfortunately we were about six months before MTV.
